Course Purchases: Fees for digital courses, downloadable content, and live sessions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Workshops/Offline Classes: Cancellation requests must be sent via email at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days.

Event Postponement: If a workshop/event is postponed by us, you may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund.

Technical Issues: If you face technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course, contact our support within 48 hours.
